Pete agreed to haul a load out of Brooklyn for me if I agreed to go rollerblading in Central Park. Things have gone downhill quite a bit since then. It already seems like it was long ago.
He almost never goes forward except in reverse.
Pete hates the cyclists… passionately.
Halloween 2009. I went to a party Ruth invited me to. I took no photos there.
(August 15) I met Tony at the Union Square farmer’s market to look at tomatoes. The mission was specifically about tomatoes, but also any other sort of business built around nature’s bounties.
There were a fair amount of tomatoes here, but none you’d call a bargain.
Other ideas came to mind as well.
I’d been thinking about this myself.
This seemed out of place somehow.
On sight, I thought “That’s gotta be a Gehry”, and indeed it is. I was unaware of either the building or who IAC was. Sorry Barry.
Looking out across the Hudson River
Functional public art. Have a seat next to Tony.
(July 14) The rest of the trip to Williamsburg.
There’s a good view of the trains going across the bridge here.
Twilight settles over Manhattan
I love going to places with sidewalk seating
I’d love to have a place like this.
When I got back home, they were repainting this place
