(August 28) I no longer remember why Tony and I were even talking that night, but when I told him it was “cooking night” here at the ranch, he said he wanted to see proof that I cook. I’m still going to be eating stew tomorrow.
Thai coconut chicken soup
Grilled chicken with “baja citrus” marinade
Chicken jambalaya
Sauteed mushrooms in butter and brandy
Chicken and vegetable stew
Goya yellow rice
Mashed potatoes with bacon and cheddar
and finally,…. dinnertime.
